We look at what you have, ask a few questions and send back what we’ll do, how long it takes and what it costs. No work starts until you agree.

3. We do the work

We connect securely to your systems and keep you updated as we go. Urgent repairs start right away.

4. Review and hand-over

You check the result before we call it done. We hand over logins, notes and anything you need to run it yourself.

5. Ongoing care, if you want it

Maintenance plans, hosting and monitoring keep things updated, backed up and watched, so problems get fixed before you notice them.
